Answer Question

If you keep cooked rice in the fridge, I would suggest to eat it within 5 days or molds may grow on it.

In a room temperature not more than 12 hours. Just consume them within 24 hours or they will start growing bacteria in to them.

You can keep your leftover rice in a zip lock bag for a week in the fridge.

If you want to store cooked
rice, cool it quickly, keep it in the fridge - make sure your fridge is cold
enough (around 4ºC or a bit less) - and it should be OK for a couple of days. However, it’s not only a question of how long
you can leave it in the fridge, but more about
what happened to it before you put it there. Raw rice can contain bacteria
called Bacillus cereus, which can survive cooking and can cause serious food
poisoning. If cooked rice is left too long at room temperature or in a too warm
fridge, the bacteria can multiply. B cereus produces toxins that aren’t killed
by reheating, so reheating dodgy rice won’t help.
