On the transatlantic flights on US Airways pets are not allowed. However, there are many flights on which you can carry pets. You want to take pet rat in US Airways but according to US Airways pet policy; you can take only traditional pets through the airline like household tropical fish, cats, household birds and small domestic dogs. This is clearly mentioned in US Airways policy but if you think that your pet rat is harmless, innocuous, odorless and it also requires no attention during the flight then you can request to take it on flight.
