Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

The first world war started in 1914 and had lasted up till 1918. The war erupted as the conflict between the Young Slavs and the Austro-Hungarian Empire over a trivial matter after a Bosnian Serb student had shot and killed the heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne. The assassination had lead to a chain of events that spiraled out of control erupting into a mass conflict that saw several new alliances rise and old friendships crumble.
