That is a tough situation with no insurance, but seems everyone got out safe,so there is a bright side, you can contact agencies in your area and I hope this was a accident, perhaps you will get some help in rebuilding also....the best to you

You do not state you age but for some reason I think you may be a young teen.  If so, there is not much you can do.  You can tell your Mom to check with her church to see if there is any immediate help available through them.  As was also mentioned, the Red Cross will offer some assistance on a temporary basis.  It sounds as if your Mom and Dad are divorced or separated.  If so,  and there is proof that your Dad did this thing, the police should be notified.  This could have been a disaster much worse than losing your home.  Someone could have died!  If this was intentional and you have proof , your Dad is out of control and must be stopped before there is a death.  Speak to your Mom about this.  If you know this to be intentional, she must take a stand for her safety and for the safety of other members of your family and have him arrested.  If there is no actual proof but your Mom is very sure of the circumstances, she should obtain a restraining order against him.  This will at least give him notice that she is going to stand up against his tyranny.     Good Luck!

Contact the police to get them to press charges.  See if he has any assets that can be ceased to pay your mother back.  Contact the Council or Red Cross to see if she can be rehoused as a matter of urgency.
