Hum Tum is a bollywood movie meaning "Me and You". This movie is about two characters namely Karan Kapoor played by Saif Ali Khan and Rhea played by Rani Mukerji who regularly encounter each other and become good pals and after several years they meet again and fall in love.
Saif is a cartoonist and doesn't believe in love but later on falls in love with Rani. Saif writes a book called "HUM TUM" in the movie about his love story. After reading the book Rani comes back to him and Saif admits his true love and later they get married happily.
This movie won many awards in Filmfare 2004. Best Female Playback – Alka Yagnik, Best Actress – Rani Mukerji, Best Comedian - Saif Ali Khan and Best Director - Kunal Kohli got the awards.
