What Is Tubule Formation (score) 3 ? Re Garding Breast Cancer?

While reporting the biopsy of breast, the pathologist reports the tumor grade and the tubal formation is on of the grade of tumor which show the percentage of tumor cell present in tubule formation. The Tubule Formation score 1 means that 75% of the cells are in tubular foemation which is good and a score of 3 means less the 10% sells in tubular formation which is bad.
