Does Anyone Know How To Grind Up Wheat To Make Flour?
I am looking to learn how to do this at home. If you know please tell me how.Thanks.

You can buy a grinder for this, I wouldn't take up doing this by hand as it would take you forever to get it done. Go to a shop that deals with cooking and baking goods, but mind you, they can be expensive. Hope this helps, good luck.

This is Indian!!!!
First spread a large blanket on FLAT ground and have your wheat in a bucket!
The WIND HAS TO BE BLOWING when you stand side ways to the wind and SLOWLY one hand full at a time hold the wheat out head high letting it fall to the blanket! Now gather it up two hands full and rubbing them together loosening more of the things you saw the wind blowing away!
Keep doing this until its Clean!
Now find two LARGE Flat Rocks that when you rub them together they make no sand!
THIS IS VERY HARD TO FIND! IN YOUR AREA THEIR IS GRANITE!
Grind the CLEANED wheat to flour!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Indians used a bowl, BUT you'd have to make that! The Old Ways!
Sub a BIG metal bowl and a medicine grinder today!
THE END IS A FLOUR! Now sift it twice!
