    Can A Landlord Be Held Responsible For Harboring A Dangerous Dog In PA?

    A landlord left a tenant move into a property while owning a dangerous dog, with no fencing, and is there any responsiblility on the landlords part if the dog inflecks serious injury to neighbors

    No. If a person with a large gun collection moved into the property and then got drunk and fired up one of the neighbors the landlord isn't responsible, the tenant is. Think about it - if you were living at home after you turned 18 and then you robbed a store, who would the cops arrest, you or your mother?
