It is definitely possible that your dog is pregnant.  Pseudo-pregnancy (false pregnancy) is another concern.  Has your dog had a heat cycle recently--in the last 2 months--if yes then it increases the change she is pregnant.  Have your dog examined by a veterinarian to determine if she is pregnant.  Depending upon how far along she is puppies may be palpable.  Ultrasound or x-rays may be needed to confirm pregnancy.  It is important to determine if she is pregnant so you can care for her appropriately during pregnancy.

If the nipples are getting larger, and the tummy is too, then it is most likely that she is. Hope this helps, good luck to you and the pup.

The same thing happend to my cat. After a little while she had kittens (on thanksgiving day; all over my mom's wedding dress!). So yes, your dog is pregnant.
