    Tension is literally tightness within the body as opposed to stress which is caused by external forces. There are particular centres that carry tension more than others - the head, the throat, the back of the neck, the 'gut', the lower back. You will probably be aware of which one gives you the most trouble. Work on this one area by figuring out firstly what
    is causing it. For example, tension in the throat can be caused by an inability to speak up or fear of saying too much.
    Just recognising what the cause is should immediately loosen the tension but then you can employ other strategies to release even more. Relaxation therapy, deep breathing, yoga, tai chi, meditation - all these work very well. But simple stress management will also work. I get the feeling you are not only sensitive but also a worrier. It's not good to be overly-sensitive as this can cause anxiety and unnecessary hurt. All you have to do is trust yourself and do your best. Study habits are important and the best ones are time management, scheduling and concentration. If you employ these, your performance will improve thus lessening your anxiety and reducing tension. It's a cyclic affair so stay alert to the danger signals and stay focused without worrying.
