Can A Person Use Hotmail.com To Write Messages To A Person You Know?

A friend of mine received a small quote in his e-mail that reads "xoxoxo lol (laugh out loud) xoxo. The address of this person reads, LIANA.3458Henry7869@hotmail.com Now is this a real person or is it spam?

If your friend does not know the person then this could be a spam BUT if your friend knows someone by the name of Liana or Henry then this could be a real person

Probably a spam. I receive 100's of such stupid messages. Transfer them  to bulk folders. Also , its up to the person, whether he knows liana and henry. They might be his friends and doing a prank . Most probably, its a scam.
