Black tea very well may have more flavanoids, however green tea and white tea have more antioxidants. Flavanoids are helpfull, but antioxidants are generally considered more important and more difficult to get. Coffee has more flavanoids than any tea, but less antioxidants. Same is true of wine. All fruit and vegetables have antioxidant values, red grapes, strawberries, cranberries, blueberries, and dark green leafy vegies are the best and have the highest values. I don't know what rooibus tea is, sorry.
