Should Teens Have The Accessibility To Obtain Plastic Surgery?

Would/Could this improve their self-esteem? Are they too young to take the chances and risks involved?

I can see them doing it for medical reasons, such as repairing disfiguring marks, and things like that, but to have it done, just because they aren't happy with their nose, no. Now if the nose is huge, and it causes ridicule and shame, then that would also be another reason for a teen to get it done. I guess it would just depend on the circumstances. How's that NAS?

I am with tiggersmom on this. If a child has a need such as a malformed mouth or a huge debilitating birthmark on their face, I can say yes. If, however, the reason is one of pure vanity because someone wants to look like barbie, then I think not.

I have to say I agree with the two wise ones that answered above me. To correct a disfigurement, yes. For the mere pleasure of vanity, no. Just to many health risks involved. When they are of age, not needing mommy and daddy's permission or money to have it done, that's another issue. What about you nut, are you against it or for it when one is of age?
