What Do I Say For A 21st Birthday Speech?

Start by writing down some things on paper of what you'd like to talk about in your speech. If you've been picked to make the speech then chances are you already know a great deal about the person whose birthday it is. Think back to all the good times you've had together. It's good to make the speech as light hearted as possible. After all this is momentous day so you want to keep the speech fun.
