Ok first beat the elite four once then get the ruby and sapphire stone which can be found in the islands ruby stone: One island i forgot about the sapphire give the ruby and sapphire stone to celio then go to cerulean go up till u see alot of trainers which is a gold bridge go to the end of the bridge then go left ull see water use surf go all the way down then left if u completed these tasks ull see a cave opening if u didnt there will be a guy standing right in front of it. Go inside and get through the cave note: U will need rock smash. At the end of the cave there will be mewtwo. :) good luck
