I'm Thinking Of Going To Egypt Soon For A Holiday. What's The Weather Like In Egypt?

Answer Question

The weather in Egypt is very much dictated by the large plateau of desert which forms its landscape, only broken by the Nile Valley and Delta.

Extreme dry conditions cause high temperatures in the months of April to October which can reach almost 40C. Winter is cooler with temperatures of around 10C.

You may be considering a holiday to Egypt and could be wondering about the extreme temperatures. Bear in mind that although it can be very hot in Egypt, you can visit in the cooler months and still see the amazing attractions such as the Pyramids, Sphinx and The River Nile.
