I am new to Blurtit - is this the correct format for question. I need to Know if I am okay to go ahead and fit a smaller window to my bathroom, have the space bricked up and what if i sell in the future what problems am i likely to encounter.

This is a common probelm in the u.k being a builder i have experience there should be no probelm putting in a smaller window but putting in an extractor fan could be tricky only in the sense that you will have to pay a qualified electritian to do it for because it is usually wired to a seperate circuit breaker these are the usuall circumstances in the u.k could be different where you are
