What Are The Features Of The Latest IPod Nano?

The second generation iPod Nano has just been released in the USA, in September 2006. It comes in three sizes, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB but it is slimmer than ever.

The outer casing is now aluminium. The smallest model will only be available in silver but the 4GB has gone multicoloured. It will be possible to get a silver, green, blue or pink one. The biggest of the bunch will only be in black.

Software updates have been added and all three products have new earphones. It will be easier to search for the tracks that you want to play and the tracks will play back without any gaps.

The sister product, the iPod Shuffle has also been upgraded and this tiny MP3 player has got even smaller. It is only available in a 1GB version but has been cased in aluminium and also features software upgrades to increase sound and searching.
