      First call your Dr and see about a diet plan for you. Then walk 2 miles per day for at least 6 weeks which you can lose up to 80 pounds by doing that alone. Do stomach crunches, push-ups,knee to chin, jumping jacks and pull ups. Do a little of these each day and you will see some great results but you have to do them everyday or you will have to start over.
