Side affects refer to things that may happen to you after using one medication or another,it is different for each person ,so you get a list of some things that may or may not happen this particular medication mainly may or may not cause you to have a headache that is the side affect for some,but they say if you lay still for a number of hours it won't happen,you may stay numb for a while after until it wears off,nothing major to be concerned about...hope this helps
