Who Is Better, Batman Or Superman?

Superman, he is always the best because you can not kill him!

Yes. I think batman is cooler because he doesn't needs super powers to become a hero while superman became a hero by his super powers.

Batman is definitely way cooler. He doesn't have super powers but he still kicks ass.  While superman does and still is weakened by kyptonite.  Also, Batman has more toys to play with.  His car / outfit is also way better than Superman's.  (Superman doesn't even have a car!)

I am going to have to go with everyone here. Batman is most preferable and the movie, the Dark Knight sums it up.

Well, I am going with majority for several reasons:
1) even without super powers, Batman excels and over comes his adversaries... He has even beaten Superman a time or two.  Superman has lost his powers several times and those always seem like hopeless times to him.  Even when Batman was crippled with his back broken, he did not give up and continued his fight.
2) He thinks things through... Superman relies on brute force to get his objective done, while Batman investigates and often uses the criminal's weaknesses against them.  Superman has been used many times by governments and even Lex Luther to accomplish goals, where as Batman manipulates others to his bidding.  I'm sorry, but in the long run brain will beat brawn.
3) Batman learns about his enemies so that he can get them all or the head of the organization.  Superman always seems to go after the muscle and then runs into the same problem time and again because he cannot defeat his true foes.  Batman beats his foes, but then they escape the judicial system... Something that is not Batman's fault.

I absolutely love batman. He's really cool.

Batman's not really a superhero because he doesn't have any powers he's just a badass with a lot of money.  and if they were both in a fight superman would win hands down, however if the playing field was level (meaning both having powers or neither) batman would definitely win because he's use to not using them.

Why would superman need a car? He can fly! If you ever watched Kill Bill? There was that scene where Bill was explaining to B why superman was the better of the two superheroes. I love superman.

I like Superman more better for the better title.
He has more featured powers than Batman especially more better flying skills. All in all more inhuman* and more super-hero like than Batman.

I think batman is better and way cooler.  simply because batman is just a man.  He worked very hard for his abilities while superman was born with them.
