    PDA is defined as an abbreviation which stands for patent ductus arteriosus, which is also called persistent ductus arteriosus.     The abbreviation PDA also stands for the phrase personal digital assistant. A personal digital assistant is defined as a term which is used to describe any small and portable device which can easily be held in the palm of the hand. It provides the users with computing and the storage facilities for information and retrieval facilities of information. It is capable of being used both for one's personal use as well as for one's business use. It is often a handy device which can be used for saving plan calendars and address paperback information.
