What Would Make Beads Bleed?
I make bead necklaces and I have to soak them first or the color will bleed out of them.

It is simply the color of the beads that make them bleed. Some beads are very artificially colored and are easily bleeded. You should attach them after any cleaning or ironing has been done to avoid having the colors in the beads bleed.
