Answer Question

It all depends on the motherboard, form the information given I'm not sure what type of motherboard you are running. In some cases you can upgrade the cpu if the cpu socket is the same. For expamle I have a pentium 3  lga 775 I can upgrade to a pentum d lga 775, Because its the same socket.
