 My Name Is Listed On A Business That Is Incorporated If I Am Being Sued For Wage And Bank Garnishment, Can They Take The Money From The Business? The Inc Is Not Listed Under My Ss# It Is Under A Ein #.

 A corporation is it's own "person" and you are merely an officer of the corporation.  If however the corporation owns items and you are a joint owner, such as a vehicle or home, than yes, they can seize the property.  The title would need to be in the form of "Corporation" AND your name.
