Where Is The Miss World Pageant Held In 2006?

The miss world beauty pageant was held at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, Poland. This year's miss beauty pageant went to Taťána Kuchařová. Kuchařová an 18 year old Czechoslovakian is a student. She won the pageant on 30th of September. Untill now around 104 countries have completed and hosted the Miss Word Pageant. This year was the first time that the pageant was held in a European city, apart from London. In the year 2002 the pageant was held in Nigeria.
In the past ten years India is the only country to win the title three times. It has won it in the year 1997, 1999 and 2000. The 2000 miss world crown was taken by Priyanka Chopra.
