The backplate on the faucet handle,( which turns your water on and off), should be sufficient to hold it in place against the tile, and the handle may have a small set screw on it. You will need a very small screw driver to tighten it.
The faucet spout, should either screw on or slide on with a set screw underneath it to tighten and hold it into place. It depends on which type you have.
