We have 4 Female Florida Box Turtles (outside Kept) and this year we have 31 eggs so far.
4 have hatched.
3 are alive still. One baby was deformed and died last night.
Last year with 2 females we had 17 eggs with 5 babies hatched.
All eggs were removed from their pen in placed in moist vermiculite in a covered container.
I open the container every for days for air flow.
No incubators were used, I just left them in our garage which stays at a good Temp.
This year our babies hatch in 2.5 months.
