Mario F. Triola is an author of many text books and books related to mathematics. He is a professor of mathematics at "Dutchess Community College". He taught in this institute for more than 30 years. He is also called Marty. He has written many books like Elementary Statistic, Using Excel, Essential of Statistics, Survey of Mathematics and Mathematics in the Modern world. He is also contributed his knowledge in books like "Business Statistics", "Introduction to Technical Mathematics" and "Statistical Reasoning of Everyday life". He has also designed software known as "Statdisk" it is a software related to statistics.

When Mario Triola is not working, he likes to play golf, running, tennis, hiking, travelling and anything that he feels good. He also has passion of flying aircrafts. He has license to fly commercial planes. At times he also tries to do parachute jumps, parasailing and Goodyear blimp flying.
