Can Somebody Tell Me What These Symptoms Mean?

I have a severe headache, my head is spinning, I'm hallucinating very often, I have sudden fits of anger, nausea and I have a mild fever. Does anybody know what this means and if it's serious? I have never been under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol in my life.
*I have had this for almost a week * I also am having severe hand tremors

You need to see a Doctor, you might have an Urinary Tract Infection, or some other infection which needs to be diagnosed and treated. These can be serious, please see a Dr. If an UTI goes into your kidneys you could experience very serious complications. You will need a specific antibiotic and lots of it to clear a severe infection. UTI's can affect the whole body and mind.

I had symptoms like this after a viral infection. It threw off my hormones and my thyroid. I had vertigo and felt like my body was moving: And anxiety, anger, and headaches were all a part of it. I finally found the answers through an Ear Nose and Throat doctor that specializes in balance problems. Through an ENG, he found out that a virus had affected my left ear and I had Labrynthritis. That was why I had vertigo, which made me actually feel like I was losing my mind. I had this for 5 months and was cured within a week. A lot of people in my area have had this same type thing happening throughout the last year. This virus did have my thyroid jumping from over active to under active, so checking the thyroid is a good idea. Your symptoms can be contributed to the thyroid as well. A good Gynecologist or Oncologist can check this out, as well as the ENT. Be careful, for many doctors wanted to label me as stressed and depressed and I was put on many medications that did not help. If you truly are sick, stick to your guns and find a doctor that also believes you.

When minimal exertion I feel very fatigued with no energy--simple tasks require great effort and I find I need to rest too often.

As a former Paramedic I would think immediately that you have blocked arterys and it could be quit serious. I would go to a cardiaologist immediately and have them run a 12 lead EKG and they would most likey recommend a treadmill test as well

You really need to call your doctor. This is nothing to play with on Blurtit.
          Good luck.
