Bacteria are group of single cell organism. They can be beneficial for us and also cause infection. There are 2 categories of bacteria. Gram + and Gram -. Both can cause infection. The virus is also another organism with RNA instead of DNA cause infection. The white blood cells are related with our body defense system and they fight against infection. They are sub divided in to 5 categories. Their normal levels in body are 4.5 to 10.8. Any increase in this range represents infection due to bacteria or virus. Further diagnosis about type of infection is made by lab tests.
