Where did the surname Smuin originate, and what does it mean?
It seems to be one of the rarest names in the U.S.

The surname Smuin is a very rare surname. It is basically an English surname. The Smuin family lived in Oxford. However, Unfortunately, I could not find any explanation for the meaning of the name anywhere.
