Can A Company Repo A Car After Just Being 1 Day Late?
My car loan company is planning to repo. My car because I was one day late on the payment but my bill of sale says I have 10 days. Can they do that?

Way I understand it, they can repossess at will. Whenever it pleases them. As long as you're not steady in your repayments. Remember, the car isn't yours until you've made the final repayment. Until that day, it belongs to the bank/financing company.
