Answer Question

After the defeat of Black Hawk and his army against the United States army, he and his war companions were taken as prisoners.  In the confines of prison, Black Hawk had narrated his story to an American soldier and later on that story was published as a book that was titled as 'the autobiography of Black Hawk'.

This was the book that elucidated to the world about Black Hawk's struggles and contributions for saving his nation from the deceitful Americans and reflected the extent of the dedication and love that he felt for his people.  After his sentence of prison ended, Black Hawk moved to the region of Iowa to live with his native people and stayed there until he died in the year 1838.  He left behind an astounding and phenomenal legacy that would always be a source of inspiration for all those people who have love for their homeland and their people.
