They would use a laser to remove that, as far as the scarring I don't think a laser would leave a lasting one on a small spot, but id go in to a physician and get a consultation

I had to removed from my forhead, and they were the size of a pea. My general Dr did it and what he did was scrape them off very gently. It didn't really hurt, he numbed the area first and I never scared. So talk to your Dr first before you go to a plastic surgeon that will charge you alot. Hope that helps.
