Sridhar Rajeswaran studied at the Universities of Madras and Bombay.
His doctoral thesis examined postcolonial perspectives on the poetry of W.B.Yeats.
He has continued this work. His post-doctoral research and specialisation are the works of W.B. Yeats's, Modern Indian Drama in English, Postcolonial Theories and Race-Class-Caste-Gender Studies and.
His work appears in reputed academic journals and critical anthologies.

Dr. Sridhar writes poetry and plays.
His plays have been broadcast on the All India Radio's Bombay station. They have also have been read in professional theatres. His poetry has been published in the media. Much of his work can be found on the World Wide Web

Dr. Sridhar was an Associate Professor in English Literature at the University of Hodeidah, Yemen.
