    'Shout at the devil' was a song by the American Glam Rock band, Motley Crue. It was released in the album of the same name in 1983. The album reached the number 17 spot at the Billboard 200 albums and the song reached number 30 spot in the Mainstream Rock tracks in 1983. Motley Crue has gone through a number of band member changes during all these years. The band members during that time were, Vince Neil on lead vocals, Mick Mars on rhythm and lead guitars, Nikki Sixx on bass guitars and Tommy Lee on drums. The song is about to yell at the devil. Devil is the one who brings sadness and pain in our lives and other troubles and problems.

      Some religious freak find this song offensive but in fact lead singer vince neal explained in an interview that the devil they speak of could be anyone in other words the devil is anyone in our lives that brings sadness or anger. For example a boss, teacher, parent, friend, etc.
