I am not aware of your grade level and whether you are a high school student or a college student. Nor, do I know how much time you have left before final examinations are required. Therefore, I am not certain about the type of advice to offer in responding to your questions. If, you have been consistently failing since the beginning of the school year, there probably is not a lot you can do at this point. However, if you are in the final quarter and you have aced the examinations for the previous quarters, then I would suggest talking with your teacher/instructor and asking for help. If, in fact you have been failing all along, the volume of material is too massive, at this point for a crash course in just a few weeks.
However, I would not give up! There are no doubt, people in your class who understand Trigonmetry and would be willing to work with you, on a daily basis, if you seek help. Why not approach a couple of your friends who are doing well in Trigonometry, ask them to help you understand what you do not understand. Above talk with your teacher/instructor and seek assistance. Ask, if you can do some make up work to build up your grade.
I do not know what your techniques to this point have been, but now is the time to act. Maybe you simply are a person who is unable to comprehend the processes of Trigonometry, if this is the case you may have to accept a failing grade. There are people who do not have the ability to work geometry and trigonometry, but can do a lot of other things without great difficulty. So, don't put yourself down, just get busy now and ask for all the help you can get.
Start with your teacher/instructor. Be honest and tell this person, exactly why, you are in this situation. Ask friends for help and don't give up on studying. This may be the last higher math test you ever take, and if you fail it does not mean the world ends. What happens, happens with your best efforts daily.
If, you can look yourself in the eye and say I honestly did my very best all year, but I just do not get it, then you can live in peace. If, you can't look yourself in the eye and say this, then you have to accept the fact you did not try all year. Let go of any guilt feelings, move forward and avoid such predicaments in the future, by seeking help, as soon as you know you need help. Good Luck!
