I have a company in mobile handsets field , i need to know how to put a commision scheme for my dealers.

The commission scheme should vary according to the limit range of selling the handsets. For instance if they sell 50 handsets they should get a certain commission on each set and over 50, their commission should increase. Plus they should also get some benefits like a free set or some airtime.
