Current Mexican passport expires in January 09 and need to renew. Also need to start process for citizenship. Have had Green card for 5 years.

You have to apply for new Mexican Passport in North Carolina. For this purpose go to Mexico Consulate in North Carolina and give application for renewal. Please find below the Mexican Consulate addresses in North Carolina. You can call at the number and get the details.
