What Is The Time Difference From NY To Rome?

Answer Question

4 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

The time difference observed between New York and Rome would typically be 6 hours. However, bear in mind the factor of Daylight Saving Time (DST) wherein Rome would be only 5 hours ahead of time compared to New York. Thus, if it were midnight on a clock in New York, between March 20, 2007 and the date March 21, 2007 it would be March 21, 2007 at the time 5:00:00 AM in Rome, in Italy.

DST in New York commenced on Sunday, March 11, 2007, starting at 2:00 AM as per local standard time. It will conclude on Sunday, November 4, 2007, ending at 2:00 AM according to local daylight time.
