Hamsters
This Question Is Answered:
My Hamsters Eyelid Sticks Together And I Don't See Crust Around It, Maybe An Infection?
I'm wondering if my hamster has an eye infection. Should I take him to the vet or is there some kind of holistic approach?

Well nothing is better than taking your dog to vet. Dogs suffer from different kinds of eye diseases. “Ectropoin” and “Entropoin” are two common eyelid diseases in dogs.
“Flagyl” can be given as an initial treatment for eye infection
