My Period Blood Is Brown(discharge.)And Very SMELLY! Why? This Has Never Happened Before.

Brown or dark color periods can be due to old blood. Blood has its own smell. This smell is stinking in old blood. Beside blood smell, vagina can also be smelly because there are present some normal bacteria which keep the pH of vagina normal. Sometimes, over growth of these bacteria can increase the vaginal discharge and also smell. It can also be due to trichomonial infection. In my opinion, visit to a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Periods can range from the color of red,brown,light brown. Different colors may happen and the stink smell is all normal. Don't worry about it.
