A Collection Agency Sent Me A Letter Stating I Owe Money From 5 Years Ago. Do I Have To Pay?
There was confusion on who was to pay the bill. I sent all the info, but somehow the bill fell "between the cracks" on everyone's part. Now, a collection agency states that I not only have that one but another. Do I still have to pay them?

Tell them to provide proof without it they cannot charge you.... You also need to know the statute of limitations for your area.
