Answer Question

ROM = Read Only Memory, it's memory that's been encoded with an instruction set (software) than can not be overwritten. Back when video game systems used cartridges, the games were written onto ROMs

RAM = Random Access Memory, this is the typical memory used in many electronic devices including your computer. It's a type of memory that can be written to, accessed and rewritten repeatedly.
