Does The Catholic Church Recognize An Annulment By Any Other Churches ?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

No.  The Catholic faith follows a rigid code of laws (called Canon Law).  It is very specific on why and how the annulment may be granted.  The Tribunal is the deciding "court" on this.  It is headed by a religious with extensive training in Canon Law.   Our Tribunal is headed by a priest with a PHD in theology and Canon Law.  The Bishop is always involved with this process as well.
