The movie Eragon was released in the year 2006. It was a fantasy adventure movie based on a novel by Christopher Paolini. It became very successful all around the world. It grossed $249 million worldwide. However, there are no talks of another Eragon movie by any other director or a sequel to this movie as yet.

I think they wont make another one because Eragon was expensive to make; needs lots of finance and at the box office it didn't go well. And according to my knowledge it was not very successful on DVD as well. So at this time it is not a wise decision to go for another Eragon.
