It all depends on the wiring (or gauge of the wiring) inside your light fixture.  When you buy a light fixture, it always tells you the max wattage for a reason.... if you put in a bulb that is a higher wattage, this could cause the wiring to heat up inside the light fixture, and possibly start a fire.  IF you didn't buy this fixture and basically inherited it when you bought the house/gazebo, a good basic rule of thumb is to replace the lamp with the same size wattage or smaller.   If you are only using the light for a short period of time sporadically, then you could probably go with the 75w bulb with little problems, but keep an eye on it.  The best thing would be to have a qualified electrician take a look at it and verify it can handle a larger wattage bulb
