Answer Question

Take the kittens to your veterinarian for a good check up. They may need an eye ointment or eye drops to help get rid of the infection.

It's usually cured with antibiotic creams or drops that is effective on whatever type of infection it is. Eye problems in kittens can also indicate something like herpes, URI, or a more serious disease or illness so you'll have to see your vet to find out what it is and what you need to take care of it. Hopefully it's just conjunctivitis that is easy and fairly inexpensive to treat usually. Hope they're back to normal in no time.

You go to the vet with at least one of the kittens so that it can be examined, and there you will likely receive an antibiotic ointment to apply to their eyes.
