Marriage is a natural phenomenon for both man and woman but the importance of marriage has more value in the eyes of a woman as compared to a man. Though both man and woman like to get married and it is but natural,  yet a woman after getting  mature wishes to go through it as soon as possible. So  your question that why are girls more keen than boys for marriage after their relationship can be justified like this.
When there are relations between a man and a woman, the biggest test in the eyes of a woman to judge the sincerity of a man is to ask him for marriage. She is well aware of this fact: that man usually develops affairs and relations just for the sake of fun, while the woman when she develops a relationship with some man, that is only for marriage. Woman by nature likes to make her house after marriage and control it properly while the man takes more time to go through the responsibilities of marriage and later make efforts for the house and children. So we can say there is a difference between the nature of man and woman and due to above-mentioned reasons a woman is keen to get married after her relationships with a man.

God has created this world for a purpose. There are plenty of things which just come quite naturally to us. Men and women are created with some distinct features, powers and skills. There are certain inequalities like men are more powerful than women but women have more patience than men. He can move in the society more easily and can protect his family with care and affection. Both have a good role to play in each other's life. So the question of girls being keener than boys, in marriage, on their relationship is also a natural phenomenon. The role of a girl varies from society to society and religion to religion. Every religion has his own limitations and freedoms. A girl always wants to be protected by a man, who has good abilities to work hard with diligence for his family and make them protected against any trouble and harm. The girl always develops a strong character in her mind before marriage and whenever a person fits into that canvass, she never wants to quit the relationship. She is by nature very caring, loving to her husband, children and the family. She keeps and manages the household affairs in a quite a skilful manner which a husband can never do. So everyone in a relationship has a role to play to make this relationship a successful one. Girls are typically more committed than boys that is why they always expect the best from their beloved.

Relations always need respect and regard and so is the case with the love. Girls always want their relationships to get respect from every one; in fact the whole society. Girls think more maturely about the bonds of relationships so they got this idea earlier than the boys to give the respect to their relationship in the society.  Boys take some time to reach this point, in fact sincerity and honesty is required to reach to this point. If a boy is also very much sincere as the girl is then this might happen that a boy wants to get married as soon as possible so that to make the society to give regard to their true love and relationship. Another possible reason is that the girls always want to be protected that is why they need their own home, their own family.
